Returns To Pinnacle Furniture Company
We want you to be complete happy with your new ex-display designer furniture purchase, however, if you are not, please just return it to us.
If you are returning your item because you no longer want it, then you will be responsible for the cost of returning the item of furniture. Please use a postage service that is trackable and insured, to protect yourself in the event of any loss or damage incurred. Please also ensure you use a courier service that will let us inspect the goods before receiving them into our warehouse.
If you are reporting a damaged item of furniture, then we must be informed of this within 48 hours of receipt. We will then arrange for the damaged item to be collected and Pinnacle Furniture Company will refund any incurred postage costs on faulty goods.
